Who we are

Value Intelligence Solutions Inc. (ValueIO™) is an AI infrastructure company building the control layer between autonomous decision formation and consequential execution.

We develop systems that combine independent physical-state evidence, distributed multi-agent orchestration, and pre-execution governance so autonomous systems can determine not only what should happen, but what is actually permitted to happen.

Why it matters

AI systems are moving from generating recommendations to changing records, triggering transactions, operating devices, coordinating machines, and affecting physical environments.

Existing infrastructure can authenticate an agent, route a model, observe a workflow, or grant tool access. But those capabilities do not independently establish whether a particular consequential action is supported by valid evidence, permitted by policy, and authorized to occur.

Smart-I-Shelf™ provides the physical-state evidence layer of the ValueIO architecture, establishing independent observations of real-world conditions before autonomous decisions are trusted.

The reference environment combines multi-channel weight sensing, computer vision, product identity, motion telemetry, and evidence fusion to determine what is physically present, what changed, and whether digital assumptions remain consistent with observed state.

This creates a reality anchor for autonomous systems — enabling downstream orchestration and governance to operate from evidence rather than model inference alone.

Distributed Orchestration HomeSphere AI™

HomeSphere AI™ provides the distributed orchestration layer of the ValueIO architecture, coordinating agents, models, devices, APIs, and operational services across structured cross-system workflows.

Rather than allowing autonomous components to communicate through undeclared or ad hoc pathways, HomeSphere coordinates candidate actions through defined routing, service interfaces, telemetry, and policy-aware execution paths.

Adaptive model selection and routing — including A.R.M.S./FMIL capabilities — operate within this orchestration layer, allowing workloads to be matched to appropriate models while preserving interoperability and governance context.

PRE-EXECUTION GOVERNANCE R.E.T.N.A.™

R.E.T.N.A.™ provides the pre-execution governance layer of the ValueIO architecture, governing the boundary between candidate action and consequential execution.

Before an AI-generated action can become a real-world consequence, R.E.T.N.A. evaluates authority, admissible evidence, applicable policy, and the proposed state transition.

Governance outcomes — including authorization, denial, deferral, or degradation — are bound to durable Decision Receipts containing evidence references and canonical reason codes, creating a reproducible record of why an action was or was not permitted.

R.E.T.N.A. governs decisions, not models. The protocol is designed to remain model- and agent-framework-agnostic as the underlying AI stack evolves.
