Gary Gayle
Chief Executive Officer
Gary Gayle is a systems builder focused on making advanced AI practical, reliable, and accountable in everyday environments.
With a background in Information Systems from Purdue University Global and more than 15 years of hands-on experience in appliance systems, he brings together operational discipline and applied engineering to bridge physical infrastructure with intelligent software.
He founded Value Intelligence Solutions (ValueIO) to explore how governed AI systems can integrate responsibly into real-world environments — beginning with the home.
Rather than pursuing rapid scale through speculation, Gary builds methodically — validating architecture, strengthening reliability, and aligning innovation with real operational constraints.
His current initiatives include:
Smart-I-Shelf™ — a hardware-enabled smart shelving system designed as ValueIO’s initial go-to-market wedge. It captures real-world weight telemetry, introducing physical state awareness into AI-driven environments.
HomeSphere AI™ — an evolving IoT management platform structured to unify device telemetry, intelligent automation, and user oversight across smart appliances.
R.E.T.N.A™ — a developing evaluation and governance framework intended to strengthen accountability and reduce decision risk in AI systems.
A.R.M.S™ — an agent-coordination architecture exploring safe, transparent collaboration among specialized AI services.
Together, these initiatives form a layered exploration of how physical telemetry, intelligent orchestration, and governance controls can operate cohesively — an approach that continues to evolve into what is known as “Decision Infrastructure Stack for Autonomous systems” (D.I.S.A.S)
Gary’s approach to innovation is steady and systems-oriented — building pilots, refining governance models, and working with early collaborators who prioritize reliability over hype. His focus remains consistent: to design AI infrastructure that earns trust through performance, validation, and disciplined execution.
He believes the long-term future of AI will not be defined by speed alone, but by integrity, governance, and responsible integration into daily life.
